    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also believe that the Government can establish a Disaster Preparedness Authority which can also be looking at all those causes. It should not only look at the damage that has been caused, but also at how we can avoid those particular floods. So, I support the formation of the Disaster Preparedness Authority majorly because most of the cities, towns, villages and people have suffered great damage because of the floods in our country."
