    "content": "I personally believe that some of what we consider as causes of disaster is actually a blessing. I consider the waters, rain and sun as among the abundant natural resources that we have in this country. I am aware that there are many other countries where they go for years without seeing a drop of rain. I am also aware that there are countries which will go for days and, maybe, weeks without even seeing the sun. We should be counting ourselves blessed to have those natural resources. What we need to do is to see how we can harness those God given resources to assist us. I want to believe that with an authority like that; with the research that they might be able to do and the resources that may be at their disposal, we should be able to reach there."
