    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, also when these floods occur especially in Murang’a area where there are a lot of landslides so many people are displaced from their homes. This leads to school going children sometimes not attending classes. So, I am also in support because during floods the people who are on the ground, mostly the Members of Parliament are visited by people. In Juja where I live, people come to my house talking about how they are displaced by the floods. I would also urge the Government during the allocation of disaster funds to Members of Parliament to increase them so that we get these damaged bridges repaired. If we have these funds, a Member of Parliament can easily repair the bridges and in the process the problems affecting our people are taken care of."
