    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker, Sir. I wish to make some comments regarding this particular Report, the main reason being that, I am one of the Members who had sought certain clarifications from this Committee. Pertaining to the issues that I had raised, I have not been satisfied by the Report as it is before the House. I say that because when I raised my issues sometimes back, I was doing so in very good faith and with the believe that the Committee would go and carry out interviews, do some research and come back to the House with a detailed and comprehensive report, particularly, on the matter of International Criminal Court (ICC). I find in the Report a memo from the Office of the Attorney General concerning comments that had been attributed to Kenya’s Ambassador to the United Nations (UN). The comments were calling for the termination, not even referral of the ICC cases back to Kenya. The Ambassador to the United Nations was quoted having called for the ICC cases to be terminated. There has been no answer that is satisfactory on that particular matter. The Report simply agrees with the Attorney General that, that particular issue can be adequately addressed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs which, of course, as we know, is dealing"
