Speaker, Sir, this demonstrates that we have got Chairmen who are able to determine when to fight and when not to fight; Chairmen who are able to know whether they have got the weapons or they do not. This Report was faulty in the sense that it had mixed a number of issues into one report and, therefore, it could not allow proper discussions. Hon. Speaker, for example, there is Report on ICC. I heard one colleague saying: “Oh! We were snubbed by somebody who would have come to Kenya to turn us into gay people, when we have been happy.” That somebody who does not subscribe to ICC can come and tell us about ICC. That, we should listen! We are far beyond that! That is what our forefathers fought for. I know where you come from. That is what Achieng’-Oneko fought for. So, let us support the withdrawal of the Motion. It can be brought here in a proper manner and we can discuss it. With those few remarks, I support."
