    "content": "My suggestion to hon. (Dr.) Laboso is that we should go further than this Motion that is being discussed on the Floor of this House. By the time the resolution to discuss this Motion is made – I might have been out of the House when the debate started and maybe it has been discussed – we should subject it to the relevant Committee so that we can get a Report that we can adopt. That Report will come from the Kenya National Assembly and it will create a platform on which Kenya’s firm position can be made."
