Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have the issue of transparency. Our Constitution is a very important tool and we would like to address and embrace the ideals of the Constitution. I would like to underline the motivation that we derive from our poverty eradication endeavors. If there are any agreements that are not addressing the issue of poverty eradication, then we have to be concerned because we cannot enter into negotiations and agreements that benefit the third party or even the second party, without us putting the needs of our citizens upfront. So, the need for transparency here is very important and our Constitution calls for citizen participation."
