    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I would like to conclude by saying that I have been a very important player in these negotiations, especially the ACP. So, I am not talking from a point of ignorance. I know that very few Government departments are aware of the contents of the Cotonou Agreement, especially Article 27 which makes reference to our heritage and the need for us to link all our development to our cultural disposition which will guarantee sustainable development for our country."
