"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker I rise to support this Motion. I would also like to congratulate hon. Dr. Laboso for this well thoughtout Motion. This part of the world is always pushed around by other people. This idea of having a moment to say that enough is enough is good. If we sign this agreement which will lead to the disadvantage of the nation--- Many times we export things, but the conditions that are given to us are very high. In the process we end up losing opportunities. It is high time we took advantage of things. We need to stand firm and say enough is enough. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker we need to direct our energy where we need to direct it. We have to look at our neighbours, for example, Uganda which is our main trading partner."
