"content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to say that my Motion is meant to kind of get people thinking. I believe that we can get a comprehensive report on this Motion from a committee, or probably from a joint Committee of Defence and Foreign Relations and Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade. The Committees that oversee the international and regional trade must meet, and find out where we are. This is because I have not given you the status. I know these are the outstanding issues between Kenya and the EAC, but more details can be obtained from the technocrats in the Ministries that we have been told about. After that, a comprehensive report can be brought to this House, so that this House is fully in the picture as to where the country has reached on the signing of the EPAs."
