    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Hon. Khalwale has sought a Ministerial Statement from the Government. With all due respect, hon. Olago, who is a good lawyer, cannot purport to be responding on behalf of the Government. That is why we are asking the Government to bring the Ministerial Statement. Let the Government put its case. We will know whether the matter has already been determined in court or otherwise. The point we are making as a House is that this country has gone through serious demonstrations to bring forth a new law known as the Constitution. We cannot continue to behave as if there is no freedom of association and assembly in this country."
