You gave instructions a couple of minutes ago that the entering of a nolle prosequi is the province of the Director of Public Prosecutions, which is a constitutional office which shall act under no instructions from any other person. So, to ask the Government to purport to ask the Director of Public Prosecutions to do one thing or another is actually asking the Government to violet the Constitution."
