    "content": "I travel on the Nyeri Road through Embu and the drivers of the miraa vehicles are reckless; you do not want to be on the road when they are driving. This committee should look at this issue. I have been unable to understand why they drive recklessly. Must they hurry so much? Is it because there is no policy on how this product should be transported, or because the airport and the roads will close, and so they really have to dash? I hope that this committee will look at the other social issues that this particular product has brought up."
