    "content": "(v) The resettlement of the displaced people to their towns must be facilitated and this was a joint effort that will be coordinated by the Ministry of Interior and Coordination. As a way forward, the security service will remain vigilant and proactive in the management of security and intensify intelligence information gathering and sharing in order to preempt threats to national security. There will also be the fast tracking of the ongoing police reforms and finally the full operationalisation of the county security committee to manage it."
