    "content": "Hon. Speaker, when we went to Wajir County, Tarbetu Constituency and Wajir East Constituency, we found that almost all the schools had been closed down. There were no children in school. Teachers were present and ready to teach. They had not taken part in the ongoing teachers’ strike but they could not teach because of the aggression from Mandera. The students fled with their parents to neighbouring areas."
