    "content": "Hon. Speaker, this is a matter which should be addressed, if we are going to take the issue of Statements and clarifications very seriously. It is time the Chair gave guidance on a matter like this one. If there are matters we are calling “clarifications”, my thinking is that he should note them down and refer them back to the relevant Government Departments, so that we can have tangible details we can work upon as a House, through the relevant Committees."
