Of course, the assumption is that the Leader of Majority Party, apart from the Statement that he reads out, has also got some briefing in a style that is reminiscent of years gone by. I am sure that hon. Anyango could tell you how it used to happen. However, you are right and I agree with you. This is a matter that we, as a House, must really get seized of and make a decision one way or the other on how we want to proceed. However, I can see many experienced Members want to seek further clarifications. So, let the Leader of Majority Party clarify that."
