Saney sought a Statement as to why the court ruling on Petition No.8 of 2013, whose parties were Abdi Sita Yusuf verses the Attorney- General and the Selection Panel of the TSC was not implemented, in light of the remaining two vacancies for members of the Commission. The second question that hon. Saney asked is why the State Law Office is not fulfilling its constitutional mandate of advising the President to submit the names of the remaining nominees, as ruled by the High Court and as duly guided by the Teachers Service Commission Act."
