    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I rise to support this Motion. What informs my decision is that when you look at this HCC No.845 of 2003, between Otieno Mak’Onyango and Anthony Njung’u, this innocent Kenyan was charged and prosecuted maliciously. He was arrested and prosecuted and detained for no reason at all. This is not the only Kenyan that has faced such problems in this country. We have other Kenyans who in view of the political positions that they took in those early years of the 90s, they found themselves behind bars for reasons that were not warranted."
