I am concerned and I am asking for your ruling--- When we discussed the Report of the Budget Committee especially on the last day, I had expressed my reservations and finally, I registered my dissent with an issue which was ruled contrary to my wish. The Chairman of the Committee directed that my dissent should be recorded. When I looked at the Report, I realized that it has not captured my dissent to that particular issue of the allocations to the NSIS."
