    "content": "If this Government was committed to the rule of law, it should have directly taken in the advice of the Principal Legal Advisor who is the Attorney-General. I think the letter of the Attorney-General is very clear that he has advised the Government that the appointment of the remaining position of commissioners to the TSC should be done; that is in terms of referring to the list of the panel which I have referred to. I want to refer the hon. Member to that Report which clearly states that."
