Mak’Onyango, I think it is very unfair that somebody was actually harassed by his own Government and as a result of that harassment a decision was made so that, that person is compensated. However, for the last almost 30 years this compensation has not been forthcoming. It is very unfair to such a Kenyan. I do not know whether the Government is waiting for this character to die and then they pay the money to the relatives or the family members. So, what is the delay for?"
