    "content": "ourselves to the Hague. So, we should not complain and the Government is bound through the Rome Statute to abide and to cooperate with the ICC. It is not a favour. It is a constitutional thing because any treaty you sign is bound in the Constitution. So, that is why we found ourselves in the Hague. To say it in black and white, it is we who took our people to the Hague because this august House of the Tenth Parliament had an opportunity to form a local tribunal so that these cases could be heard and determined in this country. With those few remarks, I wish to support the Motion. Thank you so much."
