    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I stand to second this Motion. The Motion before us should not be misconstrued to mean that we are discussing the President. The Mover urges the Government to put in place measures to ensure that no further irregular payments are effected, in regard to such schemes, to avoid further lose of public funds. I wish to second. I just need to inform the Members that this is a digital Government, one that claims to work through the internet.
