    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I also rise to support this Motion by my friend and neighbour, hon. Wandayi. I think this Motion should not have just ended at ending the vice. We should actually get this Kshs5.8 billion back so that we add it to the Kshs17 billion which was given to the teachers today which they have rejected. This is because if we just say that we end this vice without getting that money back, we shall not be doing justice to people in this country. One of our functions is very clear in Article 95 of the Constitution, that we deliberate and resolve issues concerning people in this country."
