I am saying that the Goldenberg scandal has been there, Committees had been chaired by many leaders in this country to probe it and we have to fight it. However, there is one scandal whose probe has never been chaired by anybody. That scandal involved one family and that is the molasses plant. I raised that matter because the molasses plant was then worth Kshs4.5 billion. I was the one who came up with that matter when I was the Assistant Minister for Local Government."
