    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, that is why I am saying that those guys in the CORD Coalition should also have time to talk to those guys. They are wonderful human beings. You know what a laptop computer can do. You can call the laptop computer project a âbiteâ to taking electricity to places in the rural areas, which would otherwise not have seen electricity. That is one of the things that the laptop computer project will do. The programme envisaged by the President is that once laptop computers are taken to an area each year, that area shall be supplied with electricity. Is there any hon. Member in this House who can stand up and say that he or she does not want to see electricity in their rural areas?"
