    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Even as I support this Motion, we need guidance going forward. Despite the fact that the Standing Orders say that any Motion brought by an hon. Member will be brought to the Floor of the House, what does this Motion intend to do? It is urging the Government to put measures in place to ensure that no further irregular payments are effected in regard to such schemes to avoid further loss of public funds. Despite the fact that we do not need to urge the Government to perform its duties and functions, we must realise that even in the hierarchy of laws there exist pieces of legislations---"
