    "content": "Thank you hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, and hon. Opiyo Wandayi for this Motion. I think this Motion is timely. The only thing I wish to tell the august House is that we must move forward. Let us not dwell on the past; if we do that then we are not likely to make much progress. My concern as far as corruption is concerned at this point in time is that we used to have one central system. Now we have 47 plus one units. That actually means that we have to be zealous in our fight against corruption, because there will be too many outlets that need watchmen."
