    "content": "Kenyans voted for a new Constitution and we are now in a new constitutional dispensation. We have two levels of government, namely the national Government and the county government. We want a scenario where Kenyans can get an investor at the county level to invest in power, so that they can get connected to power. The monopoly of Kenya Power should be brought to an end. We want to bring in competition in power distribution and retail because competition brings about efficiency, innovations, reduced costs and better customer care."
