    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, on the other hand, I would like to congratulate Kenya Power because for the last ten years, it has had a very good improvement in the services. It has connected more people in ten years than what had been done from Independence up to the last 40 years. We have also seen them moving from analogue to digital where you can now know your bill from your phone. You can get your bills on your phone. So, I must really congratulate them because they have done a good job. But we need to have a better system for our country. We need to have enough power for our country, so that we can move on."
