We need to include people who are engaged in miraa as their major activity. We need to take the views of the consumers and the businessmen, so that when we make a decision, we will have got all the views of the people concerned. With that, I want to talk about the effects of miraa in my constituency. Miraa has affected many people in my constituency. We have high percentage of school dropouts"
