This is why we want to encourage the Government to help local investors, instead of going out and bringing in foreign investors to invest in the energy sector. The wind energy is also something that we can use and get very cheap energy for our use. Hon. You find that most of the time you leave your lights on in areas, or room of your house, which you are not using. The use of energy saving bulbs and other energy saving appliances will go a long way in reducing the cost of power. With those few remarks, I beg to support his Motion."
