    "content": "anything is stolen, they blame it on the scrap metal industry. We have taken steps together with the Government, because we are stakeholders. When we export, Kenya Power officers and Telkom people usually witness us doing so. What I am saying is that, they should stop saying their things have been vandalized but they do not want to sit down with the scrap metal industry people. Thank very much, and I support this Motion."
