    "content": "Hon. Members, Standing Order No.42(1) provides that the Speaker shall read to the House any Message from the President delivered to him for Communication to the House. In this regard, I have a Message from His Excellency the President. The Message, whose subject is “Nomination of Members of the Teachers Service Commission” (TSC), was submitted to my office by way of a letter dated 8th July, 2013 for submission to the House. It reads as follows:- “In exercise of powers conferred upon me by Section 8 (11) of the Teachers Service Commission Act, 2012, I have nominated (i) Dr. Salome Wanjiku Gichuria and (ii) Saadia Abdi Kontoma to the Teachers Service Commission.”"
