    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Speaker, Sir. Thank you very much, hon. Speaker. I am not challenging what you have just said, but I am on a point of order on this issue of Statements. The reason some Members are chairpersons and some are not is the responsibility that follows. Much as I know you are trying to help the chairs of these committees, there is a responsibility for being a chair. I think we are going to let the chairs off the hook easily the way I am seeing things happening. I do not think this House will be doing the right thing."
