    "content": "Hon. Speaker, sometimes he talks like a former friend, but we have seen how he struggles with issues concerning security, for example, because it is a countrywide problem. I have been keeping track of what has been happening in the country. I can tell you that even in your own county of Embu, in the last one month, there have been security issues. If you go to Eldoret, the county of the Deputy President, there have been security issues. If you go to Kiambu, the county of the President, there have been security issues. So, these are matters regarding which we must be creative, as a House, to find a way of canvassing, so that the people of Kenya can see that we are seized of those matters, and that we care about what is going on in our country.
