    "content": "Hon. Speaker, what happened in the Tenth Parliament is that my Committee wrote a recommendation that Kenya Pipeline Corporation removes everybody that lives along the pipeline. This did not take effect. We recommended that, that be done in Mombasa and Nairobi. Before we knew it, people were burning in Industrial Area. We cannot say that whatever happened in the Tenth Parliament be forgotten and what happens in this current Parliament be--- No! I want to suggest that every Committee should follow up on what happened in the last Parliament so that those matters are brought up in the succeeding parliaments."
