    "content": "The last time this Question was on the Order Paper was on 2nd June, 2011 and, indeed, the Assistant Minister gave the reply as he has indicated. You, the hon. Member for Molo, when it was your turn to ask the first question, you made a claim which was in breach of our Standing Orders, in particular Standing Order No.79 and you said as follows:- “Some political activists led by senior politicians, some of whom are in this House, visited the area and incited the communities”."
