    "content": "We must also know that when they appear before Committees, they do so as witnesses. A Committee of Parliament has the power to demand whatever is required to be provided by the Cabinet Secretaries, so that the Committee chaired by hon. Soipan gets work. The Committee should be able to note: “The Cabinet Secretary appeared before this Committee and gave us the following undertaking” That Report should be brought to the House, so that hon. Soipan and her Committee will take up the matter on behalf of the entire House."
