What I would want you to do now, and I am directing you accordingly, given that you have not brought a Substantive Motion to this effect since the 14th June, 2011, is that, you must withdraw those words as I have read in quotes. Withdraw and apologize or, otherwise, undertake to bring a substantive Motion to canvass that position."
