Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to conclude by saying that instead of kicking out Kenya Power, we should have one distributor who understands power purchasing agreement (PPA) because if we do not understand that, we will even pay more for our kilowatt hour. I am saying this because Kenya Power does not understand our suffering. We need to have one distributor who will control power generation. In other words, the Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen) and all fossil power generating companies should fall under one distributing company that will understand all their PPAs. However, we should not get rid of Kenya Power because right now it has---"
