We want to insist that all the money that has been devolved to county governments be put to proper use, but, we also, on the same note, say that all the other money that remains at the national level must also be put to the rightful use. So that we do not have teachers, who are supposed to be teaching, out on the streets looking for their money and the KNUT officials are being hunted, hoping that when you arrest and jail them for six months, teachers will go back and the students will be taught. I am asking the Leader of Majority Party that any time they go to State House for a Parliamentary Group Meeting---"
