What needs to be done in this matter, so that our people have title deeds is for my Ministry to liaise with the Ministry of Lands in view of the Forests Act of 2005, so that we can initiate the degazettement of these 134 hectares. The Forests Act of 2005 makes it mandatory for authority of this House to be sought in case of degazettement of forest land."
