Speaker, I beg to move the following Procedural Motion:- THAT, Pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 120, this House resolves that the publication period of the Marriage Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 13 of 2013) and the Election Campaign Financing Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 14) be reduced from 14 to 12 days. Hon. Speaker, this will allow the Committees to commence discussion immediately. It is not intended in any way to sanction marriages that are not within as described by the Bill."
