    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is not the first time the Minister has abandoned a road. We have a similar road in Kandara, which is only four kilometres long. The project was for 6.5 kilometres. Four kilometres were done and the remainder of 2.5 kilometres was abandoned. The contractor actually left the site. Why can the Government not be serious on this issue? In my case, the same Minister made an undertaking in this House to complete the remaining 2.5 kilometres. That was eight months ago but to date, nothing has happened."
