    "content": "We train but we do not get the products of our training. Most of the people who are trained are released to the market, which is not lacking. Whenever the graduates go to look for jobs, they find signs that read “ Hakuna kazi”. They wonder what to do and at the end of the day they resort to drug abuse and other anti-social behaviour. The Government should ensure that when these youngsters are released to the service industry, there is some focus on where they will go. If the industries that could absorb them are not enough, there should be a fund whose money can be given to these youths to start business on their own."
