"content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, I support the Motion and urge that let us have the product of our trainees put into proper employment where they can earn a decent living. Look at the National Youth Service (NYS) recruits in Gilgil, some of them are trained to be mechanics, drivers and plumbers. They know many things which they can do for this country. However, when they are released, they just go back and rot at their homes. These people should be given some money to start garages where they can practise what they were trained."
