    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, I rise in support of this Motion in principle. Listening to the Hon. Members’ contribution, I think there is need for me to shed some light to the discussion at hand. First and foremost, we seem to be talking about training in general. I would like to clarify that the general training that is given in our training institutions right from the village polytechnics, technical institutions, national polytechnics and our universities is distinct and differing in content from industrial training administered under the Industrial Training Act."
