    "content": "I understand that the core part of this Motion is that there should be funding for post-apprenticeship so that when you leave your training institution, you have some resources to get started in the line of business similar to what you have trained in. In respect to Nambale where I come from, we have village polytechnics. One of the biggest challenges that the trainees face after they have completed their training is that they simply report back to their villages. With a facility like this in place, they can get their tools, resources to rent a place, form companies and bid for Government and private contracts because they have some resources to start a business. Nothing can be more timely than a Motion of this kind."
